How do I correct a signed document

Once a document has been signed and completed, you cannot make any changes, edits, or corrections to it. If you see an error on the document, you need to address that before you complete the signing process. You should always alert the person or company who sent you their documents to sign of any corrections that need to be made before signing can happen.
