I deleted a transaction, but the participants in that transaction are still receiving notification emails. How do I stop this from happening?

As a Submitter, you have the ability to see the status of any transaction you have created in the SIGNiX system.  Is not currently a "Delete" function for transactions that have been started. You can delete a template, or an Unstarted transaction.

When a transaction is active, notification emails are sent out to both the submitter and signers to remind everyone that they still have tasks to finish in order to Complete the transaction. Unless the transaction is Cancelled, Suspended, or Completed, notifications will continue to be delivered. 

For some situations, you might be using an Integration with one of our partner clients if you truly believe that you have "deleted" a transaction. Please contact the integration client directly, or your company's Team Leader (admin user), or even your SIGNiX Account Manager for further assistance.
