      Error Message says "service type for P01"

      If you see the below error message when trying to send out a new transaction to be signed, here is what that means and what you can do to resolve the issue.

      "Please select service type for P01"

      • In this error message, the term "Service Type" is referring to the Authentication Method
      • The term "P01" here is referring to Party One, or the First Signer
      • This message is telling you that you have forgotten to choose a method of authentication for the first signer on your transaction.
      • You simply need to return to the first step, Add Signers, and give the first signer a way to verify their identity, using one of several available authentication methods.
