Archived Documents

Due to document retention policies and other factors, all documents created in our system are archived at least 90 days after creation (though this can vary depending on the client account settings). 

We cannot provide copies of documents to anyone but the person or company that created them in our system, for security reasons.

For this reason, everyone is encouraged to save their documents after completion in a timely manner to avoid issues.

If you need access to a document that has been archived, please instead contact the Company or Individual who originally sent you the documents for signature. They may be able to supply you with a copy of the document, and if not, they will reach out to SIGNiX Customer Support to request that the document be unarchived.

If you are trying to locate a real estate document, and you are no longer on good terms with the realtor who created the document for you to sign, please instead contact our real estate partner company ZipLogix (LoneWolf) directly. They can either provide the document, or they are very knowledgeable about submitting a request, on your behalf, to have the document unarchived. Contact Info for ZipLogix:
