Yes, you can resume a transaction after it expires.

SIGNiX sets the default expiration time period to around 10 days for most MyDox clients, though you can customize this for your organization - contact us for more details: CustomerSupport@signix.com

When a transaction expires, you may resume it by logging into your account, selecting the expired transaction and clicking the "Resume Transaction" button found on the Status screen.

Note: You can edit the expiration of a specific transaction on the Send screen before you have sent it out to be signed. If this feature is turned on for your account, there will be a slider you can use to control how long before it expires, and when reminder emails go out.
