      Document Requirements - What can you upload for signature?

      What types of documents can be signed with SIGNiX?SIGNiX only accepts Portable Document Format (PDF) documents for signature. Most PDF documents can be uploaded to SIGNiX.

      These are the requirements for any document you wish to upload into the SIGNiX system for e-signature:

      • The document must be in PDF format
      • The PDF must be completely Adobe Compliant
      • The PDF must be PDF version 1.5 of above (found in the document properties)
      • The pages of the PDF must be sized 8.5 x 11 inches (the size of a standard piece of paper)
      • The PDF file cannot be larger than 10MB (megabytes) in size

      Other document formats (Word documents, scanned images, etc...) can easily be converted to PDF to capitalize on these features by using free PDF converter software. Here are some popular options:
