      How do I verify a document I Received on a mobile device?

      SIGNiX uses PDF documents that you can view in any PDF viewer. To verify your signatures on a mobile device, you need a PDF viewer app with all of the features of a desktop PDF viewer. 

      If you have concerns about the validity of your documents, you can open your documents with a supported PDF viewer on a PC or Mac. 

      For IOS:

      For viewing signatures on an iPhone, or IOS:

       

      2) The PDF attachment may be downloaded, or it may be previewed in-line with the email. Click on the "Share Icon" circled in the screenshot below.

      3) Click on "Open in Acrobat"

      4) The file will preview correctly, with all signatures.

                               

       

       

      For viewing signatures on an Android:



      2) Download the files to your Android device.



      4) Tap on the Adobe Reader icon.

      5)  The file should now open in Adobe Reader and be displayed correctly, with all signatures visible.
