How to Cancel a Transaction
To cancel a transaction, you must be logged in to the Document Center.
Steps:
- Click on the desired transaction in the document center. This will take you to the "Status" page of that transaction.
- Click “Cancel Transaction” in the top right side of the screen.
- All parties involved, signers and you the submitter, should receive an email alerting them to the fact that the transaction has now been Cancelled and can no longer be signed.
