I’m trying to cancel a transaction, but I can’t find the cancel button. Where is it?

To cancel a transaction, you must be logged in to the Document Center. 

Steps:

  1. Click on the desired transaction in the document center. 
  2. Click “Cancel Transaction” in the top right side of the screen.
  3. All parties involved, signers and you the submitter, should receive an email alerting them to the fact that the transaction has now been Cancelled and can no longer be signed.
