Error When Entering Phone Number

When adding a signer to a new transaction with OTP authentication, the phone number must be entered a certain way or an error will appear.

Cell phone numbers must be entered in numerical format with no spaces or dashes.

 

Correct format: 4238928042
Incorrect format: (423) 892-8042 or 423-892-8042

**If you are a signer and your phone number has been entered incorrectly so that you cannot receive any messages, please contact the person who created the documents for you and request that they update the phone number.**
