Launch Additional Zoom Meeting
You can now schedule more than one Zoom meeting on a single transaction.
We have introduced a new feature where more than one Zoom meeting can be started within a single, individual notary transaction.
The first meeting must have already been started and stopped first, and then a new button on the Status screen of the transaction will appear saying "Launch New Meeting" so that the notary can either schedule or immediately start an additional Zoom meeting. An email will be sent out to all parties involved when either option is chosen, so that they can join the new meeting.
This can be useful if a signer decides to cancel last minute, and the notary has already started the meeting in preparation for signing. A new meeting can now be scheduled to accommodate the signer's availability.
All recordings will be available for download in the usual places after they are all processed by Zoom.
