User guide for the integration between SIGNiX and RamQuest. Complete Closing Enterprise Workflow
- Users will prepare their title orders in Complete Closing Enterprise
- Users or organizations will add their documents to FileScan.
- They will make these documents visible to Paperless Closer by publishing them.
- Users will then select the Closing Market button from Complete Closing Enterprise.
Closing Market Workflow:
The User will then search the Closing Market plugin for the SIGNiX Integration.
- The user will then choose to configure SIGNiX during first time setup or proceed to the workflow if already set up.
- The user will be able to fill out document details including the Package Name, selection of Signers, and whether or not a RON will be included.
- The priority of signatories and their details can be managed from the Signers table.
- The generated email to participants and relevant contact info can be provided.
- Then the documents to be prepared for signature can be selected.
- Once all decisions are made the Submit button can be pressed to transfer the user to the SIGNiX standard workflow.
Return Workflow
- Once signatures are complete notification is provided via SIGNiX standard email notifications .
- Notes are added to the file in Complete Closing Enterprise.
- Documents are returned to the user’s FileScan instance upon completion.
