Why Did I Get Logged Out?
I was logged out due to inactivity.
For security purposes, the SIGNiX system will time out if a user hasn't been active for a particular period of time. This time varies depending on the security concerns of what’s going on at the time. During signing, we will typically time out a signer after five minutes of inactivity. Within the Document Center, we will typically log out a user after 20 minutes of inactivity.
If this happens to you while signing, don’t worry. We saved your place, so simply click the link provided to you in the email, and you’ll jump back into the process.
If you were working in the Document Center, simply log back in using your unique link, and you’ll be able to re-access what you were working on.
If you were logged out while actively working on something, we would suggest confirming you do not have multiple tabs of SIGNiX open in your browser, as the SIGNiX system must log every action. If there are Multiple Sessions open it can cause the system to mistakenly believe you are inactive, as you likely were on one of the other tabs open.
