Why did my transaction expire?
The SIGNiX default sets transactions to expire in 10 days, though this may be customized for your organization. The transaction expiration timer begins when the first email is sent to the first signer, and it is not affected by parties signing. That means that once the transaction is started, all signers have 10 days (or whatever the expiration timing) to complete the transaction. SIGNiX automatically sends out a variety of reminders before that point to the current signer and the submitter.
When a transaction expires, you can resume them by going back into the Document Center, selecting the expired transaction and clicking "Resume Transaction."
