I was logged out

If you selected the log out option, but have realized you need to log back in, you can now do so by selecting the "click here to log back in option" as shown in the screenshots below. Once you have selected this option, you will be prompted to login with your user ID and password. If you are unsure of what your user ID may be, you can see here for more information.
