I’m experiencing errors accessing the Document Center. What’s going on?

Errors for Submitters when trying to login to their Document Center are common, so please see the below list of errors and explanations of how to correct them:

  1. Cannot login with given credentials - This means that the system believes you typed in your password and/or UserID incorrectly. Try again with the correct password, or reset your password. You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking on the "Forgot Password" button and following the prompts that appear. You may be asked to enter your UserID - instructions for finding that are located here. You can also simply refesh the browser page or click the link you used to get to the password prompt to re-display it.
  2. 403 Error - This is related to browser confusion. Click Here for more info: https://www.signix.com/browser_issues
You should start by clearing your entire browser history, including cookies and cache, then try again. You may also try a different internet browser. Sometimes this error appears when the login button has been clicked twice, instead of just once. Clearing your history and trying again with just a single click should work. Make sure you are always using an internet browser that is up to date, or consider using one that keeps itself up to date like Google Chrome. Older versions of browsers that aren't supported any longer may experience a variety of issues.
  3. Username Not Found - You may be using the incorrect link / URL to login. Please check to make sure your login link is correct, meaning it should contain your company id, workgroup name, and your UserID at the end.
