I’ve recently changed my name or my email address. How can I update my identity?
You can either contact Customer Support or edit your info with the User Profile in your SIGNiX account.
You can always contact the SIGNiX Customer Support Team to change the name or email of a user's profile. Please send a message to either your account Admin, or directly to Customer Support for assistance in this process: customersupport@signix.com
If you have access to the Dashboard as a submitter or user, you can also access your User Profile (as of late February 2024) and change this information on this screen.
