What can I change at the User Profile screen?
The updated User Profile screen introduced in late February 2024 allows users to change their name, email address, and password, as well as other information.
Prior to Release 173 in late February 2024, SIGNiX submitters were limited in what information they could update via self-service. However, with this update, most information associated with a user can be changed and or viewed very easily.
The User Profile screen can be reached by clicking on the 'person' icon at the top right of the screen in the new Dashboard or User Home.
Once there, users have access to change:
- First, Middle and Last Names
- Email Address
- Password
Users can also view:
- User ID
- Personal login link (for that account / workgroup)
In addition, users can now add a mobile phone for future, optional SMS/text-based notifications, as well as access to other features that may or may not be visible depending on your account configuration with SIGNiX (i.e. API keys) or permissions.
